Some Notes Before Purchase:

If you find the pile height is less, it’s because of the grass silk being squashed during shipping, the straight height will recover to its original height after brushing in the opposite direction.
If you find the colors of the 2 turfs are different, it’s because the grass piles are in different directions Keep the grass piles in the same direction when joining multiple turfs, which ensures the color looks consistent.
If the size of the received package is half that of the turf ordered, it’s because we folded it to ship. The packing will not affect normal use.
The folded turf will have some creases, but creases will be removed easily.
The base will be getting softened after being put directly in the sun, then the crease will gradually disappear over time.
Use a brush to brush the grass at the crease in the opposite direction also help the pile of grass recover quicker.
