Installation and fixing body Parts
Fix the plate to the body cast ,Tighten the marked valves before installation or the door will malfunction . The screw holes for M5 XP 0.8 should be chamfered
Installation and fixing slide rail with Main arm and body cast
Fix the slide rail with main arm and the body cast with help of the installation guide in the product. Then Fix the main arm with the washer and screw it with the body cast.
Method of speed Adjustment
Adjust the Latching speed regulating valve fast or slow
Hold Arm Adjustment
Moving the tightening block left and right can adjust the opening arm.
The stop block is used to determine the opening angel.Once the stop block is fixed , the door should not be opened to an angel which is larger than the angel between the stop block and the frame or the door will be damaged
